WILDMORE is a pioneering initiative uniting four synergistic business models to transform degraded lands into economically productive, climate-resilient ecosystems.
At the heart of the project lies industrial hemp - nature’s most versatile and regenerative crop and a vertically integrated model delivering long-term value for communities, investors and the planet.
WILDMORE Holding (Luxembourg) :
1. Industrial Innovation - REGENWOODS
2. Regenerative Agriculture - SHAREWOODS
3. Carbon Tokenization - TREECOIN GLOBAL
4. Ecosystem Restoration & Preservation - WILDMORE FOUNDATION

REGENWOODS - Local Processing
Goal: sales to industrial hemp producers in remote territories
- A world-first: manufacture of fully integrated hemp processing factories housed within mobile 40-foot containers.
- Modular infrastructure allowing immediate on-site transformation of raw hemp into high-value products
- construction materials, textiles, bio-composites, paper, and biomass.
- Plug-and-play solution for remote or underdeveloped regions
- Optimized for scalability and off-grid use
SHAREWOODS – Transitional Crops
Goal: generate rapid revenue, improve soil structure, and prepare for reforestation
- Cultivation of industrial hemp on the territory to be reforested
(via a Joint Venture with investors dedicated to each of the project)
- Two cycles per year
- Deployment of REGENWOOD’s mobile processing units directly on site
- Conversion of hemp into value-added products: construction materials, bioplastics, hemp wood, textiles, paper, biomass
- Markets: domestic + export
TREECOIN - Carbon Finance and Tokenization
Goal: create a durable financial asset backed by restored hectares
- Monetization of carbon credits generated by hemp plantations and reforestation activities
- Tokenization of land areas for traceability and green investment
WILDMORE FUNDATION - Reforestation and Ecosystem Restoration
- Reforestation takes place progressively on lands previously cultivated with hemp, after at least two harvests
- Hemp roots enrich and structure the soil, creating optimal conditions for forest planting
- Introduction of endemic species adapted to local soil and climate conditions
- Ecosystem restoration: buffer zones, ecological corridors, protection and strengthening of local biodiversity

Integrated Model
This project combines innovative agriculture, processing industry, carbon finance, and sustainable reforestation. It represents a regenerative bio-economy model aligned with local climate commitments and international carbon-valuation standards.

- Environmental: carbon sequestration, biodiversity restoration, fight against deforestation
- Economic: creation of local industrial value chains, diversification of exports, generation of carbon credits
- Social: direct and indirect employment, involvement of local communities, territorial development
